Crab Shortall by Mud Pie is such a classic.  Nice blue cotton with a white stripe is appliquéd with the little crab peeking out of the bucket.  Buttons at the shoulders and snaps at the crotch.  Wear it with or without a tee shirt underneath.  Machine washable.
